Cancellation Policy

At Costa Rica Cooking, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class or tour will receive a refund, minus a $25 administration fee per booking.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class or tour are non-refundable.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without additional fees.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
