A local snack favorite, this street food is best when fresh and hot with Mojitos! Come join us for this appetizing experience! During this workshop, you’ll get a delicious taste of what Costa Rican cooking is all about! Join chef Scott Alan and his team of local chefs to create some of Costa Rica’s most popular appetizers. Fresh fish ceviche and empanadas are some of the oldest and most delicious appetizers carried down through generations of Costa Rican families. You will learn Scott’s personal recipes, get to participate in their creation of them, and of course, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor accompanied by Mojitos & Sangría. The class is located in a gorgeous professional kitchen overlooking the rainforest. Bring your binoculars and camera because toucans are spotted on a daily basis. This is the perfect tour for groups of friends, families with kids, and large tour groups wanting to immerse themselves in Costa Rican culture.

Cancellation Policy At Costa Rica Cooking, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class or tour will receive a refund, minus a $25 administration fee per booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class or tour are non-refundable. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without additional fees. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
